Class: Palo Alto IFUS Volunteer Infrequently Used Skills
| Description: Volunteers are needed for the fall training session at the Palo Alto Fire Department. This is an excellent opportunity to see firefighter EMTs and paramedics perform their skills in a highly simulated environment. As a volunteer you will be asked to role play a variety of patients, from critically ill medical patients to child birth. You will be provided information about your role before and on training day.
Wear comfortable clothing that you will not mind getting a little dirty. Women should wear a sports bra and bring a pair of shorts; men should bring a pair of shorts. Sneakers or shoes should be worn, not sandals. Wear little jewelry and/or makeup. |
